Rafi NazarianPresident
Rafi brings over 40 years of hands-on experience in the building maintenance and construction industry. Was a licensed Master Plumber in the 90's, his expertise spans every phase of design and implementation, giving him a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to deliver a project right. He ensures that all construction products and materials are correct and on-site when needed, keeping workflows continuous, efficient, and on budget. Rafi’s depth of field knowledge makes him an invaluable resource to every client Nazco serves.

Kevork NazarianVICE PRESIDENT
Kevork earned a degree in Business Management and Finance from CSU Northridge and brings over 40 years of construction industry experience to his role as Nazco’s primary qualifier. He contributes specialized expertise in finance and information systems throughout the scoping, pricing, and bidding phases of each project. Kevork develops detailed cost analyses in the early stages of planning, working closely with clients to ensure optimum value within their budget. His approach ensures that every Nazco project begins with clear, defined, and achievable goals tailored to the client’s specific needs.

Harry NazarianTreasurer
Harry holds a degree in Accounting from Rockville Community College and has built a distinguished 30-year career in accounting and bookkeeping across the construction, real estate development, and management fields. He oversees all compliance documentation required of Nazco and its subcontractors, ensuring that every file is current and complete. Harry also manages the company’s overall financials, bringing a steady and experienced hand to Nazco’s operational foundation.

Jeffrey RomanSenior Operations Officer
Jeffrey graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in Political Science and has channeled those analytical and strategic skills into a 12-year career as Nazco’s primary estimator. 8 years of experience in the energy sector at Pepco, elevated business operations and development at Nazco. Jeffrey’s ability to assess complex variables and communicate clearly makes him a cornerstone of Nazco’s project planning process.

Ashley NazarianController
Ashley attained a degree in Accounting from Frostburg State University and went on to earn her CPA while employed with Sarfino and Rhoades, LLP. Her experience is rooted in a long tenure with Nazco as well as public accounting. She was promoted to Controller in 2020. Her extensive knowledge of the industry allows Nazco to consistently maintain national compliance and stay up to date on best practices ensuring the most efficient service for customers.

Shaunt NazarianSenior Project Manager
Shaunt graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a degree in Political Science and has been with Nazco ever since. Over more than 12 years of construction project management, he's applied the negotiation, communication, and organizational principles of his academic background to build strong client relationships and keep projects running smoothly in the field. Shaunt is known for maintaining tight schedules and delivering projects on time and on budget, from kickoff through completion

Avedis NazarianSenior Project Manager
Avedis began his career renovating apartments, steadily advancing over a decade to the role of Project Manager. He simultaneously earned his degree from CSU Northridge in Business Management. That combined foundation — academic training alongside real-world operations — gives him a unique perspective on the construction process. He applies this experience to ensure the precise execution of Nazco’s contractual commitments on every project.
